Filter cells and Z-line filters for data centers and other applications

You get our filter cells in the materials glass fibre or synthetic and Z-line filters in synthetic fibre. You can choose from various materials for the frames (filter cells are only available with cardboard frames). Both the installation and operation and the subsequent repair and maintenance of these filters are simple and thus user-friendly.

Filter cells are preferably used as prefilters in ventilation systems. However, they are also used in other areas of application (e.g. mechanical engineering). They are available in standard and special dimensions with a moisture-resistant cardboard frame. As coarse dust filters, they fulfil the requirements as part of the new ISO standard 16890 (formerly G2 – M5 according to EN 779).

As the name suggests, the filter medium in our Z-line filter is arranged in a Z shape. This allows us to achieve up to 2.5 times the filter surface area compared to a filter cell in a smaller space and thus a significantly higher dust-holding capacity. The Z-line filters are available in various coarse filter classes in accordance with ISO 16890 (formerly G4 – F7 in accordance with EN 779) and naturally in various standard and special dimensions.

The filter cells and Z-line filters are suitable for air conditioning and ventilation systems (HVAC), prefilters, control cabinet systems and in the intake area for compressors.
